1. Introduction

By using this website or joining Back to Me Circle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or services.

2. About Back to Me Circle

Back to Me Circle is an online emotional support and healing membership for women, created by Marta Rosa, Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

The circle offers weekly live support sessions, guided emotional healing exercises, therapeutic reflections, journaling prompts and a supportive community space.

3. Not Medical or Crisis Support

Back to Me Circle is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, emergency support or crisis intervention.

The services provided are therapeutic in nature but are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental health condition.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified crisis support service in your country.

4. Eligibility

Back to Me Circle is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Membership and Participation

By joining Back to Me Circle, you agree to the following:

• Sessions are delivered online
• Members are expected to participate respectfully and considerately
• No one is required to speak or share before they feel ready
• All community spaces must remain confidential and respectful

6. Payments

• The founding member offer price is £397
• Payment gives access according to the offer presented at the point of purchase
• Prices may change for future members
• Founding members keep the founding price as stated on the landing page

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations or access changes are handled according to the terms presented at the point of purchase.

If no specific refund policy is shown at the time of purchase, please contact Marta at martarosatherapy@gmail.com to discuss your situation.

8. Community Guidelines

All members of Back to Me Circle are expected to:

• Be respectful towards other members and towards Marta
• Protect the confidentiality of everything shared within the circle
• Not share other members' personal stories outside the circle
• Not offer medical, legal or crisis advice to other members
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, abuse or harmful behaviour

Marta reserves the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, exercises, prompts, resources, recordings, written materials and branding belong to Marta Rosa and Back to Me Circle unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or publicly share any materials without written permission.

10. Recordings and Materials

Any recordings, resources or materials provided as part of Back to Me Circle are for personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, sold or shared with others.

11. Limitation of Liability

You participate in Back to Me Circle voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing decisions. Back to Me Circle and Marta Rosa do not guarantee specific emotional, therapeutic or personal outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back to Me Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

12. Website Availability

The website and services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to restore availability as soon as possible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
